Step 3 | Your Personalised Plan Is Built

I design your full training programme, nutrition targets, and habit strategy. Everything is customised to your environment, gym or home — your time availability, and your current ability level.

Step 4 | Setup & Onboarding

You’ll get access to the coaching app where everything is laid out clearly:

No. Many of my clients start as complete beginners or are returning after a long break. Your programme is designed entirely around your current ability, confidence level, and experience.

Will this work for me if I have very limited time?

Yes. My coaching is built specifically for busy professionals and parents. Sessions are structured to be efficient, effective, and achievable alongside a demanding schedule.

Do I need access to a gym?

Not necessarily. I can create home-based programmes, gym-based routines, or a combination of the two. Your plan is built around the equipment and environment you currently have.

What if I’ve struggled with consistency in the past?

This is exactly why coaching exists. You will have a clear structure, weekly accountability, and ongoing support so you never feel like you’re “starting again” on your own.

How is nutrition approached?

You will receive simple, realistic guidance, not restrictive diets. I provide protein targets, balanced meal ideas, and practical habits you can maintain long term, even with work or family commitments.

What happens once I sign up?

You will complete a short consultation form, followed by a brief call to discuss your goals. From there, I build your personalised training and nutrition plan, and guide you through the setup process inside the coaching app.

How do payments and cancellations work?

Payments are processed monthly on a recurring basis. There are no long-term contracts you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.

Is the programme suitable if I have existing injuries or limitations?

Yes. I can tailor exercises and progressions to work safely around most injuries, ensuring you can train effectively without aggravating anything.

How do I receive support throughout the programme?

You will have direct access for questions, form checks, adjustments, and general guidance at any time. Support is ongoing you’re never left to figure things out alone.

Is this appropriate if I’m completely new to strength training?

Absolutely. You’ll receive clear instruction, step-by-step guidance, and simple coaching cues to help you build confidence and master the fundamentals.
